Miscellaneous
Collar of Planar Binding
When worn, this collar prevents transportation away from the current plane, including the ethereal plane. This also effectively prevents Teleport spells from functioning, as they work via a momentary shunt to the astral plane. Once fastened, the collar can only be removed with the magical key; otherwise, a DC50 Escape check is needed to break free.
